Q: How often do you update the Member area and why don't you advertise the frequency of updates?

A: Frankly, there has been a lot of BS from those running smoking fetish sites regarding updates!  

"We update twice a week!  We update 4 time a month, etc!"

We've all joined sites based on those promises, only to be disappointed!  

We advertise the frequency of our updates on our 'Updates' page!   There it is in black and white (OK, color!).  We have updated the Member area every week since we began our Member area in April 2005.

Q: Where are the pre-2008 updates?

A: Our web host, www.fatcow.com, very rudely informed us in April 2009 that we were using too much space on the server and gave us 3 days to remove all the Member material 2007 and older or Visualsmoke would be shut down!!  Pretty nice of them, huh?  After 9 years of being a customer!! Anyway, we had to comply.  At some point, we hope to make that older material available again.

Q: How did Visualsmoke begin?

A: We started by producing a stop smoking video!  Can you believe it?!  A customer liked a smoking scene we did in that video, and clued us in!
